Are you open to the public?
Yes, Surplus Warehouse is always open to the public. During store hours of course...

When does new stock arrive?
We receive new goods every week.

How do you accept payment?
You may pay via cheque, cash, Interac, Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Do you have a delivery service?
Yes we do indeed deliver. Average deliveries cost between $40.00 and $100.00 depending on the items and the complexity of the delivery. We cater to the Ottawa-Gatineau region including Orleans and Kanata. Out-of-town deliveries are also possible, please inquire about prices. (See our Contact Us section to reach us.)

Can I reserve an item online?
As of present time, we do not feel that such a system or service is feasible. We may, in future, offer such a service, but until that time the answer is "no".

Can I custom order?
With our new furniture, we can place orders to the brand-name distributor. However, it requires a 25% non-refundable deposit.

What do you sell?
Quality new and used office furniture - everything from chairs, bookcases, filing cabinets, desks, credenzas, whiteboards, steel shelving, workstations, tables, and much, much more.
